What happens after the 14 days TRIAL period?
At the end of the trial period, a new invoice is generated and downloadable under 'Your invoices' in your account. The amount corresponding to your subscription is automatically debited off your bank card. You are free to stop your subscription at any time. All users will be impacted by your decision and will no longer access the interface if you stop subscription.
What happens if I stop the subscription?
You will have access to the interface until the end of the current subscription period.
What happens if I restart the subscription?
If the end of the current period is not yet over, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the expiry date.
If the end of the subscription period is exceeded, a new invoice will be generated and the subscription amount will be debited off your bank card to start a new subscription period.
How can I switch to a 6 months or yearly payment?
